我的电脑也有这个问题，我感觉应该是驱动的问题，因为每次都提示我要安装一个什么sm总线控制器的驱动，不过我的毛病出在开机合上盖后再打开的时候，不知道你电脑的问题是不是也因为这个驱动没装好？建议你试试，如果不行的话，拿到售后去问问吧！

你的这个我就不大清楚，我公司的联想笔记本也有这个问题，这个是和SM总线控制器有关系的，是内置读卡器的驱动来的，所以估计这个是可能是新的主板中，南桥控制USB设备的驱动设备来的。我的驱动是在这里下载搞定的。PCI 数据捕获和信号处理控制器
